Ordinary Church Meeting
Baptist Church governance is very democratic. This gives members both a responsibility and the opportunity to have a say in the affairs of the church. The quarterly church meeting is an opportunity for members of the church to discuss, plan and vote on important aspects of church life.
For I command you today to love the Lord your God, to walk in obedience to him, and to keep his commands, decrees and laws; then you will live and increase, and the Lord your God will bless you in the land you are entering to possess.
