Rogation Walk and BBQ
BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY: Following a longstanding tradition, members of all congregations walk the parish boundaries calling at all Church locations to pray for God’s blessing. The walk begins and ends at the Baptist Church (salads and deserts dropped off) with return for a BBQ – meat supplied by our friendly local butcher!
“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.”
